My husband and I bought our 'Little House on the Desert' as it was in a great area of Phoenix, steps from a Mountain Preserve. We did what we thought we should do and bought the best house we could in a great neighborhood. Two years later, we decided to move on the other side of Phoenix, because of my husbands' job. Everyone told us our house would sell fast and we bought a brand new house. Our old house did sell fast. We tried to sell it ourselves, but this did not work and we enlisted the help of a discounted agent. It did sell, after 5 months but for significantly below comps in our neighborhood. We're still not sure why people didn't like our house! Just wanted you to know that there are people across the country who are going through the same thing.
