I feel your pain! And, by the way, I love your house -- it looks like mine in Wisconsin. That is the source of our woes: my Minneapolis based husband and I got married last August. We decided to sell his house and live in mine. He has his house (5 acres, with lots of birch trees,a split level all updated -new kitchen, new floors, new gas hearth stove, the list goes on and now a brand new roof, on the market in Elk River). We would like to actually LIVE together as husband and wife...but alas, until his house sells, we have two mortgages and are living 368 miles apart during the week, to keep the two jobs that support the two mortgages. So, we are going on 7 months of living apart during the week, a price reduction and racking lots of miles on the cars just to see each other. I wish you the best of luck in selling the house! Laura
