My wife and I live in a quaint north Minneapolis home. We have seen virtually everything that the news portrays about what the neighborhood is like. We have had our home listed for over three months and like you, no offers. Here's where we get frustrated though...we haven't even had a showing since it's been listed and at this point, it's been almost two months since our agent has even contacted us. No phone calls, no emails, nothing. I wish I could do absolutely nothing to sell a home and walk away with 6%. We wanted to move for the same reasons you stated. More space, safer, cleaner, more quiet neighborhood and perhaps something closer to work. We have given up on our agent and honestly given up on selling for this time around. We'll sell it ourselves next year. Jason
