We have a house and 80 ACRES of unimaginably beautiful northwoods in Wisconsin. We have been on the market for 16 months. We have been distressed, depressed and made ill. We changed realtors and 2 months into a new 6 month contract, have not even had a CALL much less a showing., We are at wicountryhome.com If you look at this site, you can understand our disbelief. We are now doubting our confidence in our current realtor and think about going For Sale By Owner. I'm usually a confident person who makes good decisions. I am now doubting every decision we've made concerning this process. We had 12 showings last year and found a buyer- but they took a big beating on the one they sold and couldn't buy ours. Now, nothing. We absolutely love this home and land. I built it (literally) with my first husband. I thought i could never leave it. My horses died. my sled dogs are gone except for the last one at 13 and 1/2 years old, and we're getting older. Now, we need to move on and we are slowly being tortured. This must be a cruel hoax !
